“…a well-crafted tale, aimed at the preteen age group. It’s a great story, written in the right language for the age group, and it follows a natural path from beginning to end. Character development is good and well matched to the story being told. However, on top of all this there are some great life lessons here, lessons on how not to behave! It teaches preteens about changing attitudes, losing focus, and how not to destroy friendships and hurt people because of a selfish attitude. I think any preteen or young teen will benefit greatly from this tale and there may be a few adults that could learn a lesson or two as well. Good book, I enjoyed it.”
